Terms & Conditions

Abi's Commerce Enterprises Limited ('ACE') operates the Abi's Craft websites under the following Terms and Conditions. By using these websites, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

OrderS

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days from the date placed, and we'll do what we can to get them out the same day. Please note, however, that some delays may be experienced during busy periods (such as Christmas, Holidays, Trade Shows, web sales etc).

  • Your order will be charged in the currency displayed, at the displayed amount.

Stock

  • At any given time, ACE has hundreds of products moving through our warehouse. Whilst we try to keep products in our catalogue in stock at all times, due to various factors (such as stock damage or loss) this is not always achievable and on some occassions, the available stock for an item, if shown, may be slightly different to to the actual items held in the warehouse and a selected product may be out-of-stock.

  • If some items on your order are out-of-stock, you order will be shipped without them. You will not be charged for the items out-of-stock.

Payment methods

  • Payment is only possible using Visa, Mastercard, American Express (when entering card details online) or PayPal

  • We only ship the goods once we have received cleared funds. We are unable to provide payment terms.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are determined by the total weight and/or cubic measurement of the packaged goods. Information about shipping / rates etc can be found in the Shipping Information section.

  • With a warehouse based in Hong Kong, we are unable to provide any overnight delivery service. Our website will display the appropriate shipping nethod based on your shipping address.

IMPORT TAXES, DUTY AND OTHER IMPORT RELATED CHARGES

  • Australia has a AU$1000 threshold on import, meaning that all orders below this amount will pass through Australian Customs without requiring formal entry.

  • United Kingdom have a much lower threshold (GBP15 or approximately EUR18).

  • We have agreements with only some of our freight forwarders to allow "VAT collection". IMPORTANT: if your order is charged with Australian GST or UK VAT at time of checkout, we will take care of all import requirements. If your order is not charged with any TAX, you must first check your own country's import regulations. Abi's Commerce Enterprises Limited cannot be held responsible for any import related fees.

  • On regular occasions, Australian Customs services or UK Customs services, or your own country's Customs services perform random parcel inspections. This will delay the delivery of your orders. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Packaging

  • Some of our stock is pre-packed by our suppliers, but not all of it.

  • If you order multiple packs of one item, chances are you will have them combined in one larger bag.

  • We are not able to provide our customers with a pre-packing service at this stage.

Return, Exchange and Damaged Goods Policy

  • We offer a Money Back guarantee if your goods are faulty or you are otherwise disatisfied with your purchase.

  • For faulty, returned or exchange items, please contact our warehouse and include your name, trading name, telephone number, fax number, delivery address, reason for return and please quote your order number. We will generally respond within 48 hours and discuss with you the best way to resolve your issue.
  • If you receive an incomplete or damaged consignment, please contact our warehouse immediately upon receipt, explaining the nature of the issue with your order and please quote your order number. We will generally respond within 48 hours and discuss with you the best way to resolve your issue.

  • Certain Discounted Items, Special Offers, cut lengths, and items sold by weight may be exchanged or refunded at the sole discretion of ACE. We are happy to exchange all other goods provided you have notified us within 10 days pf receipt, provided packaged goods are returned in their original packaging and goods have not otherwise been used. Where a refund or exchange is sought for cut lengths and items sold by weight, and the amount returned is less than the amount originally purchased, then no refund or exchange shall be granted.

  • All exchanges are subject to additional postage costs, unless the goods are found to be damaged or faulty. If goods are found to be damaged or faulty, and we agree to an exchange or refund, we will send you a postage envelope to be used to return the damaged or faulty goods, and replace and return the damaged or faulty goods at no cost to you. ACE may, at it's own discretion also offer similar return postage envelopes for goods you wish to exchange or return.

  • Returns will generally not be accepted for any reason after 14 working days from receipt issue with your order, unless ACE otherwise, at its own, absolute discretion elects to do so.

Site Security

  • The order process on this site is fully secure. All order and payment details are encrypted prior to sending and transferred across an SSL. ACE is a fully qualified owner of an Extended Validation site security certificate provided by Comodo. This means that the bona fides of ACE as a legitimate business, have been authenticated by Comodo.

Privacy Policy

  • All customer information stored by ACE is used for internal purposes only. We do not distribute or sell your personal details to any third party. All data is stored on site in a secure and encrypted database

  • Our mailing list is used solely to inform customers of new developments, shipments, special offers and discounts. If you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list, please log into your account and modify your newsletter subscriptions or click on the unsubscribe link of any email we send you.
